Do You Know How Much To Drink?

WebMD had an interesting 15 question poll on how much water to drink. A lot of the questions were on using water while exercising. Even after all the articles that I've picked up, I still just scored 11 out of 15 in the poll for 73%.

I took the test and got 13/15 correct. Missed the one about achohol being the most dehydrating. Guess that means no more beer. Sucks to be you.JK. I also missed the one about 8 glasses a day. That always seemed a bit much for most peoples regular intake. Thanks for suggesting the quiz. I learned a few things.
